Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout. We are unable to process exchanges on orders.
Return Policy:
Please note that if you wish to return an item for any reason not covered by our warranty, you are responsible for return shipping costs and any other costs associated with returning it to us. Quality problems free return. Due to the size of our products, return shipping costs may be substantial, and in some cases, may cost more than the product.
Returns must be initiated within 15 business days of the arrival of products for items purchased on our website. Be sure to include inside the package a copy of your pack slip with the returning item. Returns clearance, or discontinued items are not accepted. Additionally, we are unable to accept returns on items that have issues from external causes such as accident, abuse, or misuse. Gift Card purchases cannot be canceled or returned.

- Do not return the product yourself. We reserve the right to refuse any form of returned product without our consent.
If a customer decides to arrange the return shipment by himself and the request has been confirmed by DKLGG’s customer service team, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the safety of the shipping and the success of the return. The customer must choose the signature confirmation service for the shipment, and we highly recommend adding additional shipping insurance for the return package. DKLGG will is not responsible for any damage, loss, or other accidents to the shipment arranged by the customer.
