Cancellation and Exchange Policy:
Once an order has been placed, we regret that we cannot change, modify or cancel the order. Currently, we are unable to offer exchange of orders.
Return Policy:
If you wish to return the item for reasons not covered by our warranty, please note that the return shipping and any associated costs will be your responsibility. We offer free returns for quality problems. Due to the size of our products, return shipping costs can be high and, in some cases, may exceed the cost of the product itself.
Returns must be initiated within 30 business days of receipt of the product. Please attach a copy of the packing strip inside the package. We do not accept items that have been returned or discontinued, or items that have been damaged due to external causes such as accidents, misuse or misuse. Gift card purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded.
To initiate a return, please contact us or email **support@dklgg.store** with the subject line "[Return Request]" and your order number for faster processing.

- Requests for returns will not be accepted after 30 business days from the receipt of the product.
- No returns without authorization. We reserve the right to refuse any return without our consent.
If you arrange your own return and are approved by the DKLGG customer Service team, you are responsible for ensuring the safe return of the item. We recommend using a signature confirmation service and adding transportation insurance. DKLGG is not responsible for any damage, loss, or accident during the return shipping arranged by the customer.

Refunds will reflect the original purchase price less a possible 20% replenishment fee and only apply if the item is not damaged and does not affect the secondary sale, please check carefully before returning!
Once the product is returned and inspected by our warehouse, the refund will be processed.
