2. Inspection of goods

• We have our own QC department in the factory to make sure that all the products are in good condition and best quality before packing for shipping.

 

3. Quality control in production

• Before production, we will check the material with colors and features to make sure everything we are using on the mass production are strictly same as the sample shown.
• We will be tracing every steps of the production from the beginning.
• When item finished, QC checks.
• Before packing, every items will be checked.

 

4. Delivery time

• For in stock items: 4-10 business days after you place the order

 

5. Warranty

• Have a limited one-year warranty* against factory defects when the claim is accompanied by a receipt of purchase and product photos.
• Offer lifetime consultation on problem occurs.
